OUR 3 HOURS TOUR

PLAZA ITALIA

We will start in Plaza Italia, the most important landmark in Santiago. You will learn about the history and the secrets behind this place. On our way to the Metropolitan Park, we will cross the Bellavista Neighbourhood,  popular among locals for its nightlife.

SAN CRISTOBAL

Once we are inside Santiago´s Metropolitan park we will do a little trek (20/30 minutes) to the top of the hill. There, we will see the best view of the city from the Sanctuary of the Immaculate Conception and we will take the cable car toward Tupahue and Pedro de Valdivia.

PEDRO DE VALDVIA

After having taken the cable car, you´ll visit the Tupahue area and the Torreon Victoria, the city´s first astronomical observatory. From there we´ll continue our trip via cable car to the park entrance in Pedro de Valdivia. We´ll finish our trip in the “Parque de las Esculturas,” the first museum park in the country and in South America.

HOW MUCH?

TOUR GUIDE

You put the price on your tour. We believe in the democratization of services and information. You pay the price you think is right, based on how much you feel the tour is worth.

 $ = You pick the price!

CABLE CAR

You pay for the cable car. Because we want you to experience the amazing view that the Santiago cable car offers, and we don’t want to charge you anything for our service, you pay for the cable car directly once we arrive on the top of the hill.

 $ = 2.290 clp

SUBWAY

We will arrive at Pedro de Valdivia via cable car and from there you may return to your Hostal or 5 star Hotel on the subway.  But if you feel in the mood for walking, you can enjoy the largest network of parks in the city, and that’s for free!

 $ = 610 clp

About us

Eco Santiago Tours was born in 2017 out of the need for a new tour route that covers the parks and the green side of the city. We are lucky to have the biggest metropolitan park in South America and the 4thº biggest in the world. We want to help people discover this beautiful oasis in the middle of the city that`s full of secrets, history and surprises. Our goal is to show to travelers a behind-the-scenes glimpse of Santiago from a perspective of ecology, sustainability and respect for the environment.

Reviews

I took their tour my first day in Santiago, and it was the best part of my entire trip. The tour guides knew the city super well and were able to share a locals’ experience–much more than you’d get from a guide book or normal tour agency. 10/10 would recommend!

1000% recomendado
